Why won't Google Chrome download on my computer?

I have tried downloading it several times, but every time the download finishes, it brings me to the Toshiba start site, or something of the sort. It's frustrating! Help would be greatly appreciated.|||Something's wrong with your machine. Run a virus scan.

How do you download the google chrome web browser for android?

I'm asking for somebody who has an android phone. What site do they go to to download a version of Chrome for the android?|||No, there is still no Chrome for android version. Try to use another web broswer, like as Firefox 5

How can i save a download on Google Chrome?

I'm recently downloading something on google chrome and it says the approximate time is 6 hours.

Is there anyway i can turn off my computer and keep that download at the same time?|||nope|||Nope :[

Damn 6 hours? Is someone using a torrent! Naughty naughty :P|||you cant interupt a download in google chrone, but you can use a external software to do that.

My advise is flash get, you can download here: http://www.shareware-pt.com/lv/group/vie鈥?/a>

Flash get is free and you can stop a download to continue later|||If you are downloading a torrent then use utorrent which will keep the memory and continue next time you switch on. If it is just a slow download try orbit which will initiate multiple downloads. If it is still bad try another day or time when less people are on line (or get a faster connection)

How can I change Google Chrome's download list?

I don't like how google chrome's download page ctrl+j is, I prefer firefox's, mainly because I can't clear all downloads and the way it looks. How can I change Google Chrome's download list to look like FF?|||Use the clear browsing data option under tools.

How to keep track of my download limit using chrome?

I used to use Firefox and had a neat add-on that would let me know how much of my download limit was used up - on peak and off peak. I now use Chrome and would really love a similar add-on but can't seem to find one.

Can someone please link me to a cheap, free, easy to understand and easy to install add-on that will keep track of my monthly downloads (displaying how many gig has been downloaded vs how many are left before I'll get shaped).

Thanks!|||And you chucked Firefox away for chrome? Want your head read, you are now finding your mistake.|||Here are some links to bandwidth monitors. Hope you can find one your like!

If I download Google Chrome, will it erase my Internet Explorer?

I'm thinking of downloading google chrome instead of using the old Internet Explorer. So, when i download Google Chrome, will it erase or delete Internet Explorer? Bceause i still want it on my desktop. Thanks.|||no its still there no but Google chrome is a gud choice actually i have it lol|||You can't erase Internet Explorer. I tried it once and it keeps coming back because it's part of the Windows operating system. I use Firefox, but I can still switch to IE if I want to by having a desktop icon available.|||Nononoo

Google Chrome, when installed, is like downloading any other web browser; it will simply download another web browser to your computer, giving you more than one web browser to browse from. I should know for I use Firefox.|||Yeah I have firefox and internet explorer. I use firefox though, all the time. I love it!! You should consider downloading it.|||No it won't!!!

In fact, it should prompt you in its start-up wizard to import all your favorites and stuff!

If not, when you install, select the wrench in the top right and select import...

Hope this was helpful!!|||no it will not delete it. But i would suggest not getting google chrome, just cause it's new and i think firefox is 100% better

Should i download Google Chrome or Firefox ?

I have the normal Internet but at my Grandmother's house i downloaded Google Chrome and I like it a lot but I've heard the Firefox is pretty good. So I was wondering which ones better and which should I download?|||Chrome is better. I'm using it now and it's much faster than firefox.|||As you can tell from the other answers, both are considered good, I use both for different reasons. Both are fast and reliable but Firefox is more newbie friendly because it is set up similar to IE without all the problems IE has. Chrome is a more stripped down version, not as many bells and whistles, but very fast, but takes more to configure.|||Chrome is MUCH better. It's faster, it will crash less, it has a store of web apps and games you can download, lots of themes and extensions, and much more. Google is really taking web browsers into a new era. Surprisingly, CHROME is also what runs on Google TV (along with Android)!

Download Chrome... you will NOT regret it. And for more information hit up the source.|||There is no definitive answer to which one is better... it's all down to preference!

Personally I prefer chrome, because it is very fast, and very focused on the browser rather than toolbars etc.

But firefox is good for extensions if you prefer that kind of thing!|||I think Firefox. I use it myself. Google Chrome I have not tried but it might be good too. Firefox is very fast with slow internet!

~Drummer Girl~|||Chrome is a quick download, it works well and is simple.|||Try them both and see which one you like better. I prefer Firefox.|||firefox is better in my opinion, ive never had a problem with it
