whenever i download something it use to be in my documennt download folder and some how it change to my public download file and i dont like going there. how can i change it back to my document download folder.



i been trying to find it and when i do it keep changing it back or maybe im doing something wrong.How can i change my download directory on google chrome?

Chrome is supposed to download very quickly. It has all the different times I've downloaded it...





Which version of IE are you using to download it? If it's 6, it might not work.



I would try canceling and restarting the download. If that still doesn't work, clear IE's cache (that should be somewhere in the tools of file or somewhere), and then go back to the download page and start it again.

On the website, you simply copy the URL from the youtube video, and paste it where it asks for it and it will create an mp3 audio file out of it ... If you want the full video, type "Youtube Downloader Free" into google and the first link should probably have it. It is an application for either mac or pc that enables you to download youtube videos to your computer for free! If you have trouble figuring out how to use the Youtube Downloader (though you probably won't... it's fairly simple), there are plenty of youtube videos showing how to use it. Open Safari's Activity window (Option+Command+A) and double click on the video file (this will be the large file... several MB's). It is easiest to locate this file while the video is still loading.



This *should* download the file into your Downloads folder as video_____.swf. I forget the name of the file exactly, but you can look at your Downloads window to find out.



Convert from .swf to .m4v or .mov using an app like HandBrake or similar.
I got the easiest solution for you. All you need to do is copy the video url and replace youtube with keeptube.

1. google youtube downloader and click the link that includes the word 'cnet' and download the file from there. Just click download when you get to the cnet page and it will automatically start downloading. Why wont Google Chrome download on my mac?

I've gone through the whole download pages and on the page where it says 'Thank you for trying Chrome!' It hasn't come up in my downloads bar, I've tried waiting an hour and still nothing. Free download manager is the best. it is a freeware and and can dloaded for free from www.filehippo.com. It even fastens your dload. But unfortunately freedload manager does not open when you click dload if you are using chrome. SO youve got to use internet explorer.

Why won't Chrome download on my computer?

Google chrome download location preferences?

Recently downloaded google chrome and found it very pleasing of a browser. But the only problem I seem to have is that when you click something to Save as... it directs me to the "Downloads" folder. The folder I want it to go in is only a few clicks away, but it can get pretty tedious if i have to constantly do it.
