Can i download Google Chrome to a flashdrive? If so how?

Im currently using a different computer than my own, so i want to download google chrome. but my step dad wont let me download anything on his computer *i get to use it till mine gets fixed* so i wanted to see if i could download it to a flashdrive and use it there like i did with gimp.Can i download Google Chrome to a flashdrive?
